Elizabeth Edwards died today. . .

I'm sad for the children.  It is hard loosing anyone at any age or time in ones life... however, I think it is hard and confusing for young children. 

I know time will help them move forward, but my heart still goes out to the children and family. 
Elizabeth was 61 years old.
So sad : (

This particular one has different color stones... I want to have one made with all swarovski crystals over gold color (or perhaps silver)???

I wonder how much it would cost to do something like that???
(sounds expensive...lol)

My personal opinion is that putting a patient on any living thing is wrong!
Beeeeccause... that is what could happen (heeeellllloooooo) duh! and Monsanto's company should be ashamed of themselves as well as all that are involved with them, even you with your name in the company in DC, actually especially you! Y'all need to do a little more research next time before backing something like this and look at the BIG PICTURE . . . if it's NOT TOO LATE! :(

EVERYONE: BUY ORGANIC if you can, BUY FROM LOCAL GROWERS if you can, grow your own little garden in your back yards, try to pay more attention to where things are ship from and too. How far did that product have to travel? The farther it traveled the more it hurts us : (

Make sure your children are not eating chemically engineered foods if at all possible. Start reading and researching what you eat!!!

Bunchkins. . .

These are the yummmmmious tiny little thangs!!!
So very sweet and fun to eat as well!

"Bunchkins" also know as Black Corinth Table Grapes... (we pick ours up when in season at Wal-mart).

To show you how small they are... I've put our "toothpick holder" next to them.
They are a must try!!! :)

Thanksgiving recovery. . .

Still recovering from ThanksGiving day meal and the continued consumption of leftovers!...lol 
I hope that all of you had a wonderful day! 
I was busy in the kitchen and visiting with family so I didn't get to post for the day, but still thought of y'all just the same. 

I do know that I plan to start a diet in January!  I know, I know, they say that is the worse time to start a diet!  But I want to wait until after the Holidays... because I know I'm gonnnnnnnna eat some reallllyyyy gooooooood food between then and now...lol :)

It was great to have the Family over for a traditional Thanksgiving meal. 
I'm realizing more than ever that I need to spend more time with our parents the older we get : /

I heard Christmas music today... guess that means I need to put up the Fall decor for the Christmas decor!
